The natural habitat of several inhabitants of the Rio Xingu consists of a distinct rocky landscape, stones form crevices with each other, sandstone-like formations with small and larger pebbles form numerous hiding places.
Create crevice caves for you and your catfish that are very close to the original, a natural cave like in the Rio Xingu, the original habitat of many of the L-catfish we keep.
The small version is ideal for flat-built catfish such as Pseudolithoxus and Lasiancistrus. The medium version is ideal for somewhat larger animals such as L082, L168 or Ancistrus ranunculus L034.
